Care and use
Wash both sides, edges and handle with warm water and mild soap after use, then rinse and dry. After raw meat, clean the board and any surfaces it contacted before preparing ready-to-eat food. Flipping the board does not replace cleaning. Follow your knife manufacturer's cutting-surface guidance.
