All prices on Handpicked Hub are shown in USD.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours after you place them.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 14 to 21 business days, although some arrive sooner depending on destination and carrier conditions. Every order includes tracking once it ships.

How do returns work?

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, email rob@handpickedhub.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at rob@handpickedhub.com if something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. We’ll review the issue and work to make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it will need to go through the return process.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Email rob@handpickedhub.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If the order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it for you.
